In the event that you need to cancel a Shipment, you'll need to use the Cancel Shipment endpoint. For example, if your customer changes their mind and cancels their order.
See below for the cancellation policy of each courier.
Grab
Grab Shipments can only be cancelled if:
- order status is
pending.
Lalamove
Lalamove Shipments can only be cancelled if:
- order status is
pending; and - it has been less than 90 minutes since the Shipment was booked.
Lalamove Shipments are automatically cancelled after 90 minutes if no driver has been found.
Entrego
Entrego Shipments can only be cancelled if:
- order status is
pending; and - cancellation was requested on the same calendar date that the Shipment was booked.
J&T
J&T Shipments can only be cancelled if:
- order status is
pending; and - cancellation was requested on the same calendar date that the Shipment was booked.
LBC
LBC Shipments cannot be cancelled through the Shipmates API. Please contact [email protected] for cancellations.
